WHAT HAPPENS TO A PERSON WHO LOOSES 4 YEARS OF HIS LIFE AND AROUND 30 LAKH INDIAN RUPEES ($1000 IS APPROX 40,000 INDIAN RUPEES) TO START A CARRIER AS A AIRLINE PILOT IN THE INDIAN SKIES IN THE LATE 1990's ?

The civil Aviation ministry of the government of India gives him/her a bunch of stapled papers whose paper quality is worst than that of the worst circulating local news paper in India . Stamped! Of course it is stamped everywhere and on all the pages ,one gets a great pride acquiring one as a legal document.but that's the end of its journey, unless you have another 30 lakhs to spare for the multi rating and simulator training for the big jets that one aspires to fly, or you are one of those whose parents are or can pull the strings with the ministers or the top honchos of this industry.

But if one ventures out with this so called licence (CPL= commercial pilots licence) to procure a job as a aviation pilot with a airline , the company in concern would just throw your CV into the trash can as you close the door behind you to leave. That's in India ,if this same licence is shown any where abroad for a airline pilot job the person interviewing you will throw it in the trash can in your very presence and ask what was that ? He/She'd say that's a bunch of BULL S...!Do you know why?

This so called licence is valid for 2 years (Presently 4 years) which is worst than a four Wheeler licence which is valid for fifteen years,so before its due date is over it has to be renewed by flying again(around 4-8 hours) and re validating it.if this pilot doesn't have the money to spent another 30 to 40 thousand rupees because he has spent double that trying to get a job in the pact two years he is stranded. Now he has a licence which is not worth for even a cake of b... .... used by villagers fire-wood to cook. This person now has to now fly another 150 hours and pass all the exams that he had done 6/8 years ago. This system is ridiculed the world over where they have computerised exams and modern technological amenities but our govt ain't budging.
Secondly India requires all foreign licences to be first converted to Indian by passing its written papers and flying some stipulated test flights,so it tit for tat.
Thirdly this so called CPL is not a recognised Diploma or Degree by the Education Ministry of India, hence non of the above are issued with this B... ....If anyone thinks he/she is a very educated person obtaining a CPL after SSC(Presently 10 + 2) education in India !!one would not even get a descent call centre job paying mere 8000 Rs(Today).

But if one could "THROW THE PRIDED P-CAP AND THE GOLDEN STRIPES AWAY" and accept the govts redicule; which i did'nt.There can be life ,but at what cost?

"DO YOU THINK I WAS WRONG,I SHALL KEEP FIGHTING TILL I GET JUSTICE" SHOULD BE THE MOTTO OF EVERY PILOT IN THIS SITUATION,( MARCH 2008) AND AFTER A YEAR THERE WOULD BE THOUSANDS OF PILOTS WHO WILL JOIN THIS FIGHT.PASS THIS URL TO EVERY PILOT YOU KNOW AND GET THE GOING TOUGH.I KNOW YOU FELLOW BLOGGERS WONT FAIL ME.
